That all depends how much time you can spend on it before you have to move it. Any idea why the oil pressure is high? The coolant temp sensors are easy to replace, and there's plenty of posts on here relating to the potential pitfalls. Other than the usual rough running causes common to all vehicles ie plugs, leads etc, it could be any number of things. Have you checked for any fault codes? There also posts on here detailing how to knock up your own reader. Have you got AA Relay cover or equivalent? Just had a bad thought. High oil pressure could mean head gasket, hence poor running. Any other head gasket symptoms?
